起重机械金属结构喷涂聚脲涂层耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 选用Q235为研究起重机械金属结构耐腐蚀性能的基材,通过聚脲涂层附着力测试试验验证试样涂层附着力是否符合要求,采用3.5%NaCl-溶液、0.1mol/L H2SO4溶液、模拟CO2和NaNO2共存溶液对涂层试样进行腐蚀试验。试验结果表明:喷涂聚脲涂层在起重机械金属结构基材Q235试样上的附着力随着涂层厚度的增加而降低,试样耐NaCl-溶液、H2SO4溶液、模拟CO2和NaNO2共存溶液腐蚀性能良好,高温腐蚀试验条件下,腐蚀速率随着涂层厚度的增加而降低。 Q235 is selected as the base material to study the corrosion resistance of metal structure of hoisting machinery, verify that the coating adhesion of the sample meets the requirements by the polyurea coating adhesion test, corrosion test of coating samples by using 3.5% NaCl-solution, 0.1 mol/L H2SO4 solution, simulated CO2 and NaNO2 coexisting solution. The results indicated that the adhesion of spraying polyurea coating on Q235 sample of metal structure base material of hoisting machinery decreases with the increase of coating thickness, the samples had good corrosion resistance to NaCl solution, H2SO4 solution, simulated CO2 and NaNO2 solutions, high temperature corrosion test conditions, the corrosion rate decreases with the increase of coating thickness.
