摘要 为了研究低粘度机油对汽油发动机摩擦性能的影响,选用4种低粘度0W-20机油和参比油5W-30,分别进行了摩擦磨损试验和发动机倒拖台架对比试验。试验结果表明,低粘度0W-20在试验测试中有降低摩擦的效果,与参比油5W-30相比,发动机的摩擦损失降低5%~7%,其中减摩效果最好的一款0W-20机油在整车NEDC油耗测试中,节油效果约为1.5%。低粘度机油的开发对降低发动机整机油耗有重要意义,本文的研究成果为低粘度机油在发动机上的运用提供了支持和帮助。 In order to study the effects of low viscosity oil on the friction performance of gasoline engine,four low viscosity oils 0W-20 and reference oil 5W-30 are selected to carry out friction and wear tests,and engine motoring comparative tests.The test results show that the friction loss of engine with low viscosity oil is reduced by 5%~7%compared with that of reference oil,and among the four kinds of low viscosity oil,the oil with the best friction reduction,fuel saving rate is about 1.5%when the fuel consumption of vehicle is tested.The development of low viscosity engine oil is of great significance to reduce the fuel consumption of the engine.The research results of this paper provide support and help for the application of low viscosity engine oil in the engine.
