Mn含量对中锰钢Q&P工艺组织及性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Mn content on microstructure and properties of medium manganese steel treated by Q&P process

摘要 采用淬火配分(Q&P)工艺对不同Mn含量的两种试验钢进行热处理,观察了试验钢的显微组织形貌,借助X射线衍射(XRD)测量计算了残留奥氏体的含量,测量了试验钢宏观和微区的硬度,分析了Mn元素对中锰钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:Mn含量高的试验钢中碳化物析出较少,奥氏体稳定性较强,残留奥氏体含量最高达到19.16%,有利于改善中锰钢的韧性;经相同工艺处理后,Mn含量高的试验钢硬度更高,有利于提高中锰钢的耐磨性。 Two kinds of steel with different Mn content were heat treated by quenching-partitioning(Q&P) process. Microstructure and morphology of the tested steel were observed, the retained austenite content was calculated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), the hardness of macro and micro zone of the tested steel was measured, and the effect of Mn element on the microstructure and properties of the medium manganese steel was analyzed. The results show that the tested steel with high Mn content has less carbide precipitation and stronger austenite stability, the highest retained austenite content is 19.16%, which is beneficial to improve the toughness of the medium manganese steel, and the hardness of the tested steel with high Mn content is higher than that of with low Mn content after the same process treatment, which is beneficial to improve the wear resistance of the medium manganese steel.
