摘要
研究了添加2.1%~2.4%Zn对5.0%~6.5%Mg含量5000系铝合金热轧材性能的影响。结果表明:随着Zn、Mg含量的增加,合金的力学性能随之增强。其中添加2.33%Zn的合金力学性能最好,热轧状态下硬度达到139.26 HV0.2,抗拉强度高达466.9 MPa,伸长率为12.35%;Zn会大大改善合金的抗晶间腐蚀性能,其中添加2.33%Zn时效果最好,250℃×2 h退火后,最大腐蚀深度为31.73μm,腐蚀等级为3级。
The effects of addition of 2.1%-2.4%Zn on the properties of hot rolled products of 5000-series aluminum alloy with Mg content of 5.0%-6.5%were studied.The results show that as the content of Zn and Mg increases,the mechanical properties of the alloy also increase.The alloy with 2.33%Zn added has the best mechanical properties.Under hot rolling conditions,the hardness is 139.26 HV0.2,the tensile strength is up to 466.9 MPa,and the elongation is 12.35%.The Zn addition greatly improves the intergranular corrosion resistance of the alloy,with adding 2.33%Zn being the best,whose the maximum corrosion depth and the corrosion grade are 31.73μm and 3 after annealing at 250℃for 2 h,respectively.
