摘要
工程自卸车用板簧通常处于低频冲击、高频振动工况,极易发生断裂和磨损等失效。本文针对50CrVA板簧钢常规热处理工艺引入深冷处理,以提高板簧材料磨损特性。结果表明:经深冷处理后,试件的磨损量为6.741 mg,相对于常规工艺组的12.241 mg,磨损量减少了44.93%,耐磨性得到显著提升。由机理分析可知,深冷处理后显微组织转为细长针状下贝氏体和板条状马氏体,并伴有大量碳化物颗粒析出和细化,是材料耐磨性提高的主要原因。
The plate spring used in engineering dump truck is usually working under the condition of low frequency impact and high frequency vibration.Cryogenic treatment is introduced into the conventional heat treatment process of 50CrVA plate spring steel in this paper to improve the wear characteristics of the plate spring material.The results show that,after cryogenic treatment,the wear capacity of the specimen is 6.741 mg which is 44.93%lower than that of 12.241 mg for the specimen in the conventional process group,i.e.,the wear resistance is significantly improved.According to the mechanism analysis,the microstructure is changed into thin needle-like bainite and lath martensite after cryogenic treatment,and accompanied by the precipitation and refinement of a large number of carbide particles,which is the main reason for the improvement of wear resistance of the steel.
