摘要
目的评价常规治疗加用天突配膻中电艾灸对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法通过随机数字表,将纳入的60名脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗及康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用天突配膻中电艾灸。干预后分别对2组吞咽功能以及日常生活活动功能评分结果进行统计。结果2组日常生活活动功能得分以及吞咽功能比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗加用天突配膻中电艾灸对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能有更好的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of conventional treatment plus Tiantu(CV22)with Danzhong(CV17)electric moxibustion on swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into two groups by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation treatment in training.On the basis of the treatment in control group,the observation group was treated with Tiantu plus Danzhong electric moxibustion.After the intervention,scores of deglutition function and daily life activity function in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of daily life activity function and deglutition function in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment combined with Tiantu and Danzhong electronic moxibustion has better clinical effect on swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
