摘要
[背景]分析小儿传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临床表现及主要实验室检查结果.[病例报告]选择2017年10月至2019年6月间接受治疗的20例IM患儿,其中发热12例,颈部淋巴结肿大12例,肝脾肿大4例,异型淋巴细胞异常19例,白细胞计数升高12例.[讨论]通过临床表现及相关血液化验检查结果可较好地诊断IM.
BACKGROUND To analyze the clinical manifestations and the main laboratory examination results of infectious mononucleosis(IM) in children. CASE REPORTS 20 children with IM who received treatment between October 2017 and June 2019 were selected, including 12 cases of fever, 12 cases of cervical lymph node enlargement, 4 cases of hepatosplenomegaly, 19 cases of abnormal lymphocytes, and 12 cases of increased white blood cell count. DISCUSSION Clinical manifestations and related blood test results could better diagnose IM.
