摘要
针对农产品在运输过程中保鲜度较低、损耗较高等问题,提出一种基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的冷链物流运输质量评估改进方法,通过构建冷链物流运输质量物元模型,计算评估指标相应量值与评估指标所有取值范围的距离,确定农产品冷链物流运输质量评估关联函数值。构建质量等级模糊子集量化影响评估冷链物流运输质量的模糊指标,对评估因素的权重进行确认,得到农产品冷链物流运输质量的模糊综合评估结果,实现对物元模型下农产品冷链物流质量评估。仿真结果表明,改进方法能够提高农产品运输的保鲜度,有效减小损耗率,增强运输质量的评估效果,方便性较高。
The fresh degree of agricultural product is low during transportation.Meanwhile,the loss is too high.Therefore,this paper proposed an evaluation improvement method for transportation quality of cold-chain logistics based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FHAP).The distance between corresponding quantity value and all value range of evaluation index was calculated via building matter element model of the transportation quality of cold-chain logistics,and then the correlation function value of evaluation of the transportation quality of agricultural product was confirmed.The fuzzy subset of quality grade was built to quantize fuzzy index influencing the evaluation of transportation quality,and the weight of evaluation factor was confirmed to obtain fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result.Thus,we achieved the evaluation of transportation quality under the matter element model.Simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the fresh degree during transportation.It can reduce the loss effectively and enhance evaluation effect of the transportation quality.The method has higher conveniences.
