摘要
以醚化装置为基础,参考化验分析数据,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对我公司MTBE装置进行了建模和计算,计算结果与装置现场数据基本吻合,模型可以用于装置计算及技术人员学习使用。在此基础上考察了甲醇甲醇水洗塔各参数对产品质量的影响,对MTBE的利用进行了展望。
Based on the MTBE plant,the data of the test and analysis are referenced.The Aspen Plus process simulation software is used to model and calculate the MTBE device of our company.The calculation results are basically consistent with the on-site data of the device.The model can be used for device calculation and technical personnel to learn and use.On this basis,the effects of various parameters of methanol extraction tower on product quality were investigated,and the utilization of MTBE was prospected.
