摘要
鉴于旧金山湾区科技创新发展处于世界前沿并引领全球科技创新潮流,且粤港澳大湾区与旧金山湾区发展条件颇为相似,拟对旧金山湾区政产学研协同创新发展的经验进行梳理。通过细致分析旧金山湾区拥有的高校资源、产业集群及中介服务体系等及其对科技创新发展的影响,进一步对标比较旧金山湾区的发展优势,从中厘清粤港澳大湾区科技创新发展存在的问题,总结旧金山湾区政产学研协同创新发展可资粤港澳大湾区借鉴的经验启示,最后提出进一步促进粤港澳大湾区科技创新的对策建议,以期能为推进粤港澳大湾区跻身国际一流湾区给予一定的借鉴和参考,并推动湾区经济高质量发展。
In view of the fact that the San Francisco Bay Area(also called“the Bay Area”)is at the forefront of science and technology innovation and development in the world,and leads the global trend of science and technology innovation,and considering that the development conditions of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(also called“the Greater Bay Area”)and the Bay Area are quite similar,it is proposed to summarize through the experience of collaborative innovation and development of government,industry,universities and research institutes in the Bay Area and analyze in detail the influence of the university resources in the industrial cluster and intermediary service system on the development of the science and technology innovation.It further compares the development advantages between the two bay areas to clarify the existing problems in the development of science and technology innovation in the Greater Bay Area,and summarizes the experience and inspiration of the development of collaborative innovation in the Bay Area.In the end,it puts forward suggestions on further promoting science and technology innovation of the Greater Bay Area,hoping to offer reference for it to accelerate its pace towards an international first-class bay area and promotes high-quality economic development.
