摘要
将含铜高铅杂料(渣)采用铜铅分离炉产出次黑铜,对次黑铜进行吹炼生产粗铜。为提高粗铜品质,降低生产成本,本文结合生产控制实际,从杂质元素的性质、氧化、造渣等方面,对吹炼过程进行分析总结,提出改进措施。
The secondary black copper is produced by copper and lead separation furnace,and the secondary black copper is blown to produce crude copper.In order to improve the quality of crude copper and reduce the production cost,this paper analyzes and summarizes the blowing process from the properties of impurities,oxidation,slagging and other aspects,and puts forward the improvement measures.
