摘要
在国内的大型尿素装置工艺技术中,多数采用CO2汽提工艺和氨汽提工艺。目前设计的采用CO2汽提工艺和氨汽提工艺的尿素装置,其尿素氨耗基本接近于理论水平。主要对意大利斯纳姆氨汽提法大颗粒尿素生产装置降低氨耗的措施进行了探讨。
In the domestic large-scale urea plant process technology,most of them adopt CO2 stripping process and ammonia stripping process.At present,the urea device using the CO2 stripping process and the ammonia stripping process has a urea ammonia consumption close to the theoretical level.This article mainly discusses the measures to reduce ammonia consumption of the large particle urea and urea production unit of the SNAM ammonia stripping method in Italy for reference.
