摘要 现如今碳钢在社会上占据着不可分割的地位,化学设备、汽车、航空领域等都需要用到碳钢。这就对碳钢的质量以及性能有着巨大的考验,在对碳钢制作的技术上,科研人员需要不断实验,改善配方,更进一步地提高碳钢的质量以及性能。要使碳钢能够有优良的耐久性能以及高强度,就要选用合适的原料,合理的配方,再加上合理的配合技术。在提高碳钢质量的同时也可以节能减排,降低污染,降低成本,提高性能。所以,对合理的优化配置碳钢化合物做出大量实验,证明不断提高碳钢的耐磨性才会有高品质的碳钢,才会在市场得到很好的发展。 Nowadays,carbon steel occupies an inseparable position in society.Carbon steel is required in chemical equipment,automobiles,aviation and so on.This has a huge test on the quality and performance of carbon steel.In the technology of carbon steel production,our researchers need to continuously experiment,improve the formula,and further improve the quality and performance of carbon steel.In order to make carbon steel have excellent durability and high strength,it is necessary to choose appropriate raw materials,reasonable formulas,and reasonable mixing techniques.While improving the quality of carbon steel,it can also bring energy conservation and emissions reduction to the society,reduce pollution,and bring cost reductions and performance improvements to enterprises.Therefore,a large number of experiments are carried out on the rational optimization of the configuration of carbon steel compounds in this paper,which proves that only high-quality carbon steels will be developed in the market,and the wear resistance of carbon steels needs to be continuously improved.
