摘要
针对改质沥青喹啉不溶物和甲苯不溶物的问题,分析了原料焦油质量,沥青聚合温度和时间,热聚合改质过程中软化点对两者的影响,采用了降低焦炉炉顶空间温度,原料焦油通过超级离心脱渣,使用吹屈柱工艺等措施,使改质沥青质量得到保证。
In order to solve the problem of quinoline insolubles and toluene insolubles in modified asphalt,this paper analyzes the quality of raw material tar,asphalt polymerization temperature and time,the influence of softening point on the two processes during thermal polymerization process.The research used the measures of reducing the space temperature of the coke oven top,removing slag in raw material by super centrifugal and using of the blown QUZHU to ensure the quality of the modified asphalt.
