宝鸡市3种木犀科植物叶绿素荧光特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨宝鸡文理学院在夜景照明环境下最适合种植的木犀科景观植物。方法利用Mini-Imaging-PAM叶绿素荧光仪测定3种木犀科植物快速叶绿素荧光曲线以及快速光响应曲线(light curve,LC),分析叶绿素荧光参数。结果紫丁香的初始荧光(F0)最大,与其他2种植物呈显著性差异水平(α=0.05);金叶女贞的最大荧光(Fm)、最大荧光效率(Fv/Fm)和以吸收光能为基础的性能指数(Peiformance index based on absorption,PIabs)都为最高,说明金叶女贞对光能的利用效率最强;此外,金叶女贞在PSⅡ捕获能量从QA-传递到QB的效率(ψo)和用于电子传递的量子产额(ΦEo)也为最强,说明金叶女贞用于电子传递的量子产额最大、相对电子的传递速率最快;金叶女贞用于热耗散的量子比率(ΦDo)最小,说明金叶女贞用于热耗散的电子最少;叶绿素荧光动力学曲线(OJIP曲线)从J点到I点,金叶女贞在PSⅡ反应中心捕获能点电子传递比例最高,说明在QA-向QB的电子传递过程中所耗散的能量最小;快速光响应曲线中,3种植物的光补偿点(light compensation point,LCP)都低于10μmol/(m2·s),金叶女贞量子产额(quantum yield,QY)最大,说明金叶女贞应对光强的能力较强。结论3种木犀科景观植物中,金叶女贞最适应该区域的环境,可在该区进行广泛种植。 Purposes-To explore the most suitable Oleaceae landscape plants in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences,Shaanxi,China under night lighting illumination.Methods-The rapid chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics curve and the light curve(LC)of tree species were measured with Mini-Imaging-PAM chlorophyll fluorescence meter,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were analyzed.Result-The initial fluorescence(F0)of Syringa oblata was the largest,which was significantly different from the other two plants,and the maximum fluorescence(Fm),the maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm)and the peiformance index based on absorption(PIabs)of Ligustrum vicaryi were the highest,which indicated that Ligustrum vicaryi could make the best use of light energy.In addition,theψoand ΦEo of the Ligustrum vicaryi were also the strongest.It showed that the quantum yield of the Ligustrum vicaryi was the largest and the rate of relative electron transfer was the fastest,and the ΦDo was the smallest,which showed that the electrons used for heat dissipation are the least.From point Jto point I of the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic curve(OJIP curve),the electron transfer rate of the energy capture point of Ligustrum vicaryi in PSⅡ reaction center was the highest,which indicated that the energy dissipation fromQA-to QB was the lowest.In the light curve,the light compensation point(LCP)of the three plants was lower than 10μmol/(m2·s),and the quantum yield(QY)of Ligustrum vicaryi was the highest,which indicated that Ligustrum vicaryi had a strong ability to deal with light intensity.Conclusion-Ligustrum vicaryi was the best among the 3 species of oleaceae landscape plants,which can be widely planted in this area.
