摘要
刮板输送机是综采工作面的核心设备之一,中部槽又是刮板输送机的核心部件,其可靠性直接影响刮板输送机的效率。刮板输送机工作环境恶劣,中部槽容易发生磨损,影响正常生产,本文对中部槽的磨损机理进行了分析,并对影响中部槽磨损的两个因素进行了仿真分析。
Scraper conveyor is one of the core equipment in fully mechanized mining face,and the middle groove is the core component of scraper conveyor,whose reliability directly affects the efficiency ofs craper conveyor.Scraper conveyor has a bad working environment,and the middle groove is prone to wear,which affects the normal production.This paper made an analysis on the wear mechanism of the middle groove,and made a simulation analysis on the two factors affecting the wear of the middle groove.
