中厚煤层留窄小煤柱沿空掘巷技术 被引量:19

摘要 为提高煤炭资源的回采率,保证矿井安全生产,针对任家庄矿110307工作面具体情况,提出了留窄小煤柱沿空掘巷技术,运用理论研究计算了窄小煤柱的宽度及支护强度,最终确定了沿空掘巷小煤柱的留设宽度为6m及护巷煤柱的支护强度为0.628MPa。现场应用效果表明,110307回风平巷采用窄小煤柱沿空掘巷,巷道顶板下沉量为60mm,实体煤侧移近量为220mm,窄小煤柱侧位移量为120mm,底鼓量为300mm,比原支护底鼓量减少75%,两帮移近量减少63%,满足了生产要求;110307工作面采用留窄小煤柱沿空掘巷与以往采用留25m保护煤柱的布置方式相比较,多回收的煤炭资源65100t,多回收的煤炭资源价值1822.8万元。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and ensure the safe production of the coal mine,according to the specific situation of the 110307 working face of Renjiazhuang Mine,the gob-side roadway driving technology with narrow coal pillars is proposed.The theoretical research calculation is used to determine the width and supporting strength of the narrow coal pillars,which are 6m and 0.628MPa respectively.Field application results in 110307 air return adit show that,the roadway roof subsidence is 60mm,the coal side convergence is 220mm,the narrow coal pillar side convergence is 120mm,and the floor heaving amount is 300mm,the floor heaving is 75%less than the original support and the two-side convergence is 63%less,which meets the production requirements.And compared with the 25m coal pillar,application of narrow coal pillar results 65100t more coal recovery,and the economic value of which is 18.228 million yuan.
