摘要
县域经济是农村经济和城镇经济的综合体,辽宁县域经济的发展直接影响辽宁整体经济的发展。辽宁现代产业体系的构建,必须要基于县域经济发展的比较优势,走新兴工业化道路,实现城乡一体化新格局。分析辽宁县域经济发展的基本特征及状况,充分借助财政政策的宏观调控作用,有助于制定符合辽宁县域经济发展实际的财政调控制度安排,在供给侧结构改革的指引下,完成优化配置资源的目标,形成具有地域特色和功能完备的区域经济。
County economy is the complex of rural economy and urban economy,and the development of county economy in Liaoning province directly affects the development of the whole economy in Liaoning.The construction of modern industrial system in Liaoning must be based on the comparative advantage of county economic development,take the road of new industrialization and realize the new pattern of urban-rural integration.Analyses the basic characteristic and status of Liaoning province county territory economy development,with the help of a fiscal policy of macro regulation and control role fully,has helped to formulate conforms to the Liaoning province county territory economy development actual financial regulation system arrangement,on the supply side,under the guide of structural reform,achieve the aim of optimizing the allocation of resources,forming of regional economy with local characteristics and fully functional.
