蚯蚓粪对葡萄扦插苗生长及根系的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 本试验以蚯蚓粪与草炭、园土混配作为葡萄扦插苗的生长基质,研究其对葡萄生长和根系的影响。结果表明,试验处理60 d后,葡萄株高、茎粗、节间长度、叶面积、叶绿素含量、根长、根表面积、根阴影面积、根体积、根尖数,添加蚯蚓粪的处理均高于不添加蚯蚓粪的处理(CK)。随着蚯蚓粪占比的增加,葡萄植株生长的各指标随之增高,蚯蚓粪占比达到一定的比例(T3),各生长指标又随着蚯蚓粪占比的继续增加而降低。蚯蚓粪可以促进植株的生长和根系发育,其中以蚯蚓粪∶草炭∶园土=2∶3∶1(T3)的处理效果最佳。 In this experiment, earthworm manure mixed with peat and garden soil was used as the growth medium of grape cuttings to study its effect on grape growth and root system.The results showed that after 60 days of treatment, the plant height, stem diameter, internode length, leaf area, chlorophyll content, root length, root surface area, root shadow area, root volume and root tip number of grape were all higher than the soil without earthworm manure treatment(CK). With the increase of the proportion of earthworm manure, the growth indexes of grape plants increased, when the proportion of earthworm manure reached a certain proportion(T3), and the growth indexes decreased with the increase of the proportion of earthworm manure. Earthworm manure can promote plant growth and root development, and the best treatment was earthworm manure∶peat∶garden soil=2∶3∶1(T3).
