摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆数字资源集团采购提供理论支撑与实践参考。[方法/过程]基于文献阅读、面对面采访、问卷调查等方法,给出集团采购的定义与类型,分析了其在高校图书馆数字资源建设中的优点与当前存在的问题,并提出可参建议。[结果/结论]基于大量文献资料及实践,从数字资源集团采购组织协调方式、费用分摊模式、资源评估、永久保存、协议文本标准、文献传递政策、国家采购方法等7个方面,对高校图书馆数字资源集团采购提出了建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide theoretical supports and practical references for digital resources consortia purchasing in university libraries.[Method/process]Based on the methods of literature reading face-to-face interview and questionnaire and so on the paper gives the definition and types of consortia purchasing analyzes its advantages and the existing problems in the digital resources construction of university libraries and proposes some suggestions for reference.[Result/conclusion]Based on a large amount of literature and practice some feasible suggestions are put forward for digital consortia purchasing in university libraries from 7 aspects including organization coordination cost model resource assessment permanent preservation agreement text standards document transmission policies and government purchasing.
