不停机间抽装置电参示功图现场应用试验 被引量:8

Field Application Test of Indicator Diagram Calculated by Electrical Parameters of Non-stop Intermittent Pumping Unit

摘要 针对目前油田现场采用光杆动力仪测试抽油机井示功图存在测试成本高、现场工人劳动强度大、泵况诊断不及时等问题,开展了不停机间抽装置电参示功图在线测试技术现场应用试验。现场采集不停机间抽装置基于抽油机井运行过程中的电流、电压、功率因数等电参数计算出的电参示功图,并将其与测试队常规测试功图对比,验证了电参示功图的准确性;经厂家标定后,在工频状态下采集不停机间抽装置基于电参示功图计算的日产液量,并将其与计量间玻璃管量油值对比,验证了电参示功图计产的准确性。现场跟踪了299井次,电参示功图与常规测试功图的平均形状符合率达87.63%;电参示功图计产现场试验了9口井,其中8口井误差在20%以内,占试验井数的88.89%。现场应用表明,不停机间抽装置电参示功图与常规测试功图的形状符合度较高,可以代替目前常规测试功图,并且基于电参示功图计算的油井日产液量基本准确。 In view of the problems of high test cost,strong labor intensity of workers on site and lag of pump condition diagnoses in indicator diagram test of pumping unit well by polished rod dynamometer in the oilfield,online testing technology of the indicator diagram calculated by electrical parameters of non-stop in-termittent pumping unit is applied in the field.Indicator diagrams of non-stop intermittent pumping unit calculated by current,voltage,power factor and other electrical parameters during the operation of the pumping unit wells are collected,and compared with the conventional test diagrams obtained by test team,and then the accuracy of the indicator diagram calculated from electrical parameters is verified.After manufacturer cali-bration,daily fluid production rate calculated by the indicator diagrams through the non-stop intermittent pumping unit is collected under the condition of power frequency,and is compared with the oil measured by glass tube in the metering plant,and then the accuracy of the output based on the indicator diagram calculated by the electrical parameters is verified.The coincidence rate of the shape between the indicator diagram calculated by the electrical parameters and the conventional test diagram is 87.63%on the average in 299 well times in the field.The indicator diagram calculated by the electrical parameters is applied to the produc-tivity calculation in 9 wells,among which the error of 8 wells between two methods is within 20%,accounting for 88.89%of total test wells.The field application shows that the coincidence rate of the shape between the indicator diagram calculated by the electrical parameters of non-stop intermittent pumping unit and the conventional test diagram is high,and the former can substitute the latter,and that the daily fluid production rate of oil wells based on the indicator diagram calculated by electrical parameters is fundamentally accurate.
