摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的加快实施和消费结构升级,六堡茶产业发展迅速,产业规模日益壮大,品牌效应显著提升,市场价值不断攀升,在脱贫攻坚中发挥重要作用。六堡茶产业科技创新成果不断涌现,无性系良种快速繁育、水溶性农药安全替代、病虫害绿色防控、化肥减施增效、茶园机械化等新技术的推广应用,以及六堡茶加工工艺与设备的创新,对支撑六堡茶产业持续、健康发展起到重要作用。为加大科技创新力度,推动六堡茶产业做大做强,作者提出了深化科技创新体制改革、加强科技创新体系和人才队伍建设、加大科技投入力度、提升企业技术创新能力、加强国际科技交流合作等建议。
With the accelerated implementation of the"The Belt and Road Initiative"and the upgrading of the consumption structure,the Liu-pao tea industry is developing rapidly with large industry scale and its brand effect is significantly improved,and the market value is also constantly rising,which is playing an important role in poverty alleviation.The scientific and technological innovation achievements of Liu-pao tea industry keep emerging,including rapid clone breeding,safe substitution of water-soluble pesticides,green prevention and control of diseases and pests,reduced application of chemical fertilizers to increase efficiency,mechanization of tea gardens and other new technologies,and the innovation of processing technology and equipment of Liu-pao tea play an important role in supporting the sustainable and healthy development of Liu-pao tea industry.In order to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and promote the development of Liu-pao tea industry,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as deepening the reform of scientific and technological innovation system,strengthening the construction of scientific and technological innovation system and talent team,increasing scientific and technological investment,improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises,and strengthening international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation.
