磁耦合谐振式电动汽车无线充电线圈设计与优化分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对现有的电动汽车充电桩充电效率低、充电不方便等缺点,提出了磁耦合谐振式电动汽车无线充电线圈的设计和优化方案.通过分析空间载流线圈的磁场分布,为抵消线圈自感的影响,建立了串联谐振充电和并联谐振充电两种电路模型,并对其进行了理论与仿真分析.基于串联电容谐振充电方式,提出了采用中继线圈的方法进一步提高线圈充电的效率和传输距离.仿真结果表明,采用中继线圈方式的充电效率可达95%. Aiming at the disadvantages of low charging efficiency and inconvenient charging of existing charging piles for electric vehicles,a design and optimization scheme for wireless charging coils of magnetic coupling resonant electric vehicles was proposed.Through analyzing the magnetic field distribution of space current-carrying coils,two circuit models for series resonant charging and parallel resonant charging were established,and their theoretical and simulation analysis were carried out in order to offset the influence of self-inductance of coils.Based on the series capacitor resonant charging mode,a relay coil method was proposed to further improve the coil charging efficiency and transmission distance.The simulation results show that the charging efficiency under the relay coil mode can reach 95%.
