摘要
烧结混合料中燃料粒度组成及配加量对烧结矿冶金性能及烧结生产技术经济指标具有重要影响。通过烧结杯实验研究了燃料粒度组成对烧结过程料层温度变化的影响。结果表明:燃料中<1 mm粒级占比由40%降低到20%后,烧结料层的升温速率加快,降温速率减缓,有利于烧结过程液相的充分发展与冷凝固结过程烧结矿热应力的降低,并降低了烧结矿中FeO质量分数;减小燃料中<1 mm粒级占比,能够提高燃料燃烧热的利用率,使燃烧带变宽,改善烧结指标,提高烧结矿质量;适当提高3~5 mm粒级占比可提高烧结矿转鼓强度,但会造成返矿率上升、固体燃料消耗增加等不利影响;最适宜烧结使用的燃料粒级为1~3 mm。
The fuel particle size composition and fuel dosage in sintering mixture have important influence on sinter performance and technical and economic indicators of production.The effects of fuel particle size composition on the temperature change of sintering bed,technical indices of sintering production and metallurgical properties of sinter are studied by a series of sintering pot tests.The results show that when the proportion of the fuel with particle size<1 mm is reduced from 40%to 20%,the heating rate of sinter bed increases and the cooling rate slows down,which is conducive to the full development of liquid phase in sintering process and the reduction of thermal stress in sinter during condensation and solidification process,and the FeO mass fraction in sinter is reduced.Reducing the proportion of fuels with particle size less than 1 mm can improve the utilization rate of fuel combustion heat,broaden the combustion band,improve the sintering indexes and increase the sinter quality.Increasing the proportion of fuels with particle size of 3~5 mm can improve the drum strength of sinter,but will result in such adverse effects as rise of return fines rate and increase of solid fuel consumption.The optimum fuel size for sintering is 1~3 mm.
