摘要
目的研究ACT监测冠心病患者介入手术后抗凝剂的应用效果。方法选择96例冠状动脉性心脏病患者,均分为A组、B组(3个亚组),每组各24例患者。A组患者进行造影术治疗,B组患者进行造影术联合支架植入术治疗,然后将B组患者分为三个亚组,分别于支架植入术后3h、6h、8h注射低分子肝素钙治疗。结果A组患者治疗前后ACT值无显著差异P>0.05,B组患者治疗前后ACT值差异显著,P<0.05。3各亚组不同时刻ACT值对比差异不显著,P>0.05。结论低分子肝素钙对ACT值存在一定影响,静脉注射低分子肝素钙患者吸收良好,且ACT监测肝素代谢量效关系良好。
Objective To study the application effect of ACT in monitoring anticoagulant after interventional surgery in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled and divided into group A and group B(three subgroups),with 24 patients in each group.Patients in group A underwent angiography,group B underwent angiography combined with stenting,and then group B patients were divided into three subgroups,and low molecular weight heparin calcium was injected at 3h,6h,and 8h after stent implantation.treatment.Results There was no significant difference in ACT between patients in group A before and after treatment P>0.05.There was significant difference in ACT between patients in group B before and after treatment,P<0.05.3 There was no significant difference in ACT values between different subgroups at different time points,P>0.05.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium has a certain effect on ACT value.Patients with intravenous low molecular weight heparin calcium have good absorption,and ACT has a good dose-effect relationship with heparin metabolism.
