摘要
目的探讨TPOAb与TGAb联合检测及超声在桥本甲状腺炎中的诊断价值。方法将我院于2017年1月至2018年11月收治的170例桥本甲状腺炎患者为观察组,选择同期的86例健康体检者为对照组。结果在TPOAb与TGAb水平的比较中,观察组明显高于对照组;在TPOAb与TGAb诊断结果的对比中,联合检测的敏感性高于其他两项单项检测(P<0.05)。结论桥本甲状腺炎应用TPOAb与TGAb联合检测及超声检查能有效的提高诊断准确率。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined detection of TPOAb and TGAb and ultrasound in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods A total of 170 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the observation group and 86 healthy subjects as the control group.Results The level of TPOAb and TGAb in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the sensitivity of the combined detection was higher than that of the other two single tests in the comparison of the diagnostic results of TPOAb and TGAb.Conclusion TPOAb and T are used in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.GAb combined detection and ultrasound examination can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy.
