摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,对D406A/7050双金属复合材料的抗冲击性能和复合材料裂纹扩展情况进行模拟分析。结果表明:在受外加冲击载荷时,D406A增强体具有良好的支撑作用,减小了冲击载荷对基体的影响,复合材料的破坏首先发生在增强体与基体界面处以及增强体连接筋交接处;D406A增强体对于7050基体中的裂纹扩展有明显的抑制作用,减小了裂纹尖端的应力集中,有效提高了复合材料的韧性。
Impact property and crack propagation of D406A/7050 bimetal material composites with interpenetrating network were simulated using ABAQUS.The results show that the reinforcement playing a supporting role in protecting the matrix affected by the impact load when the composites under applied impact load.Failure in the composite first appears in the joint of reinforcement in different direction and its interface.The D406A reinforcement has inhibition for crack propagation,and decreases stress concentration at crack tip,also the toughness of the composite is improved significantly.
