摘要
针对电机转子检修过程中动平衡校正采用加重法在工艺上常出现转子平衡能力与平衡精度受限的情况,提出了一种去重型钻削法,通过钻削转子校正面多余重量,从而实现对转子动平衡的校正。由钻削于转子校正面,它的位置角度任意可调、工作面广,即工艺上能有效提高转子的动平衡校正能力与检修时长,从而节约生产成本。
Aim at the restriction of rotor balance ability and accuracy in the process of the overhauling motor rotor by using the weighting method,this paper proposes a method of De-heavy drilling,which realizes the correction of rotor dynamic balance by drilling the excess weight of rotor correction surface.By drilling on the rotor correction surface,the position angle is arbitrarily adjustable and the working surface is wide,which can effectively improve the dynamic balance correction capability of the rotor,and the process can effectively reduce the working time and save the production cost.
