摘要
研究性教学是一流人才培养的重要手段与方法。“双一流”建设背景下,研究性教学实践中,依然不能忽视来自授课教师、授课对象、教学内容、教学方法等方面的影响。文章在对研究性教学实施影响要素进行分析的基础上,探讨研究性教学实施的多维路径,提出教学理念全程式渗透,教师角色无缝式转换,学生团队参与式学习、教学方法合理化选用,以及考核评价多元化并举等措施。
Research-oriented teaching is an important means and method to cultivate first-class talents.In the context of"double first-class"construction,the influencing factors such as teachers,teaching objects,teaching contents and teaching methods should not be ignored in practice.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of research-oriented teaching,this paper explores the multi-dimensional path of research-oriented teaching implementation.Then it puts forward the strategies of carrying out research-oriented teaching,such as permeating the whole process of teaching concept,changing the role of teachers seamlessly,learning with students'participation in a team,selecting teaching methods reasonably as well as diversifying the assessment and evaluation and other measures.
