摘要
在社会不断发展的新时期下,高校思想政治工作在高等教育中越来越展现出其重要的作用,加之辅导员、大学生的年轻化,探索青年辅导员做好青年大学生思想政治教育的新途径、新方法显得尤为重要。文章通过分析“90后”辅导员、“95后”大学生的特点,提出了“90后”辅导员做好“95后”大学生思想政治教育的建议,包括加强学习,提高政治站位;借助年龄优势,适时开展教育;借助思维优势,精准发力;化劣势为优势,利用好网络平台;把握学生成长规律,做好学生心理健康教育;以情感人,做情怀深的引路人等,为新时期下“90后”辅导员做好“95后”大学生的思想政治教育工作提供一定的参考意见。
With the constant development of society in the new period,ideological and political work in higher education is increasingly showing its important role,and younger of counselors,college students,to explore the youth counselors do young new way of the ideological and political education of college students,the new method is particularly important.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of"post-90"counselor and"post-95"college students,put forward the"post-90"the counselor to do"post-95"the advice of the university students'ideological and political education,includes strengthen learning and improve political standing;By virtue of age,education should be carried out in due course;With the advantage of thinking,precise effort is made;Advantages of disadvantages,good use of network platform;To grasp the rules of students'growth and make good students'mental health education;Be a guide with deep feelings,etc.,to provide some references for the post-90s counselors'ideological and political education work in the new period.
