摘要 工业园区是区域经济发展的焦点,也是区域用水、排水的集中区,开展节水型工业园区创建,有利于促进园区用水节水管理水平,提升用水效率,对区域水资源节约和保护均具有重要意义。为践行“节水优先”战略,落实最严格水资源管理制度,基于节水型社会建设、生态工业园区创建等实践基础,构建了节水型工业园区指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法确定了指标权重。 Industrial park has become the focus of regional economic development.As a concentration area for water use and discharge,the creation of water saving type of industrial park is beneficial for the enhancement of management level of water conservation and increase of water use efficiency,and of great significance to water resources conservation and protection in the region.In order to implement the strategy of“giving priority to water conservation”,and stringent water resources management system,an indicator system for water-saving type industrial park has been created based on practices of water-saving society establishment and eco-friendly industrial park initiative.Index weight is defined by using the modular and hierarchical analysis.
