摘要
本文主要介绍将移动DR传统的手闸线曝光方式改成无线遥控曝光的过程和应用情况。无线遥控装置主要分为电源模块、遥控模块、驱动模块和单片机控制模块。经安装测试,无线装置可有效进行多障碍物隔离下的远距离遥控曝光,遥控曝光距离可达到20 m左右,并且对图像没有影响。通过无线遥控开关操作曝光DR,不但降低了由手闸线曝光开关带来的故障隐患,还提高了工作效率,值得在医疗设备中推广使用。
In this paper,we mainly introduced the process and application of changing the traditional handbrake line exposure mode of mobile DR to wireless remote exposure.The wireless remote control device was mainly composed of power module,remote control module,drive module and microcomputer control module.After installation and test,the wireless device could effectively conduct remote exposure in the presence of multiple obstacles,and the remote exposure distance could reach about 20 m,without affecting the quality of the image.Using the wireless remote control switch to operate DR exposure,it not only reduces the hidden trouble caused by the exposure switch of the hand brake line,but also improves the working efficiency,which is worth popularizing in medical equipments.
