光子嫩肤技术联合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑的临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的总结并归纳光子嫩肤技术联合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法本文挑选我中心皮肤科2016年3月至2019年3月收治的90例黄褐斑患者,将其纳入本研究。按照随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,分别为45例患者,随机方式选择计算机表法。对照组患者接受维生素C离子导入治疗,观察组患者在接受维生素C离子导入治疗的基础上,应用光子嫩肤技术。比较两组治疗效果,不良反应发生率及患者满意度评分。结果治疗后,应用光子嫩肤技术的观察组的治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率分别为95.56%(43/45)、8.89%(4/45),远优于对照组的82.22%(37/45)、24.44%(11/45),组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,两组存在分析意义;应用光子嫩肤技术的观察组的满意度评分为(94.15±1.37)分,远高于对照组的(84.07±1.28)分,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,两组存在分析意义。结论在患者的治疗中,在以往维生素C离子导入的基础上应用光子嫩肤技术,可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者黄褐斑情况,提高患者满意度,且不良反应发生率较低,治疗安全性较高。 Objective To summarize and summarize the clinical effect of photon skin tendering technology combined with vitamin C iontoprotection in the treatment of chloasma.Methods 90 patients with chloasma admitted to the dermatology department of our center from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and included in this study.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random grouping,with 45 patients respectively.Patients in the control group received vitamin C iontoprotection therapy,and patients in the observation group received vitamin C iontoprotection therapy on the basis of the application of photon skin softening technology.Efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group using photon skin tenening technology was 95.56%(43/45),8.89%(4/45),which was much better than 82.22%(37/45)and 24.44%(11/45)in the control group.The satisfaction score of the observation group using photon skin tenderization technology was(94.15±1.37),which was much higher than that of the control group(84.07±1.28).The result of was shown by the statistical software test between the two groups,indicating the significance of analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients,the application of photon skin softening technology based on the previous vitamin C iontoprotection can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the patients’chloasma,improve the patients’satisfaction,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the treatment safety is high.
