摘要
目的比较研究超脉冲CO2点阵激光及微针治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法随机选取自2018年5月到2019年5月来我院收治的92例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,分成2组,每组46例。对照组:采取微针疗法;试验组:采取超脉冲CO2点阵激光进行治疗。比较分析两组的瘢痕改善状况、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的VSS评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后,2组的VSS评分较治疗前均明显下降,(P<0.05),有统计学意义,但治疗后两组之间的VSS评分无明显差异,(P>0.05);试验组的治疗总有效率(89.13%)明显高于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率(23.91%)高于对照组(6.52%),差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论两种方法对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕进行治疗均可以很好地改善患者的瘢痕状况,而超脉冲CO2点阵激光的临床疗效较微针治疗效果更为显著,但就安全性而言,超脉冲CO2点阵激光较微针治疗发生不良反应的风险更高,因此需要提前预防,给予一定干预措施,以确保治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ultra-pulsed CO2 dot laser and micro-needle in the treatment of facial acne scars.Methods A total of 92 patients with facial acne scars from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,46 in each group.Control group:micro-needle therapy;experimental group:treatment with ultra-pulsed CO2 lattice laser.The improvement of scar,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VSS scores between the two groups.After treatment,the VSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,but there was no VSS score between the two groups after treatment.The significant difference,(P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(89.13%)was significantly higher than the control group(73.91%),the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(23.91%)was high In the control group(6.52%),the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Both methods can improve the scar condition of facial acne scars,and the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 dot laser is more significant than micro-needle treatment,but in terms of safety,super Pulsed CO2 lattice lasers have a higher risk of adverse reactions than microneedle therapy,so it is necessary to prevent them in advance and give certain interventions to ensure the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
