摘要
【目的】探究水稻秸秆的饲用特征对UV-B辐射的响应。【方法】通过大田原位模拟试验,以元阳梯田传统水稻品种白脚老粳为材料,研究不同强度UV-B辐射处理(0、2.5、5.0和7.5 kJ/m2)对水稻秸秆生长形态(茎秆长、茎粗和生物量)和饲用化学成分(粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、淀粉、可溶性糖和非蛋白氮)的影响,并分析秸秆的品质营养价值指数(秸秆的可吸收营养物质总量TDN、净能NE1、秸秆干物质采食量DMI、可消化的干物质DDM和相对饲料价值RFV)。【结果】随着UVB辐射增强,水稻秸秆的长度和茎粗增加,生物量下降。不同UV-B辐射增强处理下,水稻秸秆的粗蛋白含量、粗纤维含量、粗脂肪含量、粗灰分含量和中性洗涤纤维含量没有显著的差异;非蛋白氮含量、淀粉含量和可溶性糖含量表现出单峰变化规律;酸性洗涤纤维含量在2.5 kJ/m2 UV-B辐射处理时最低。2.5和5.0 kJ/m2 UV-B辐射处理时,形态响应指数、饲用品质响应指数和综合响应指数较高;2.5 kJ/m2 UV-B辐射处理时,秸秆的品质营养价值指数TDN、NE1、DMI、DDM和RFV最高,分别为46.92 g/kg、5.01 MJ/kg、1.93 g/kg、56.05 g/kg和83.85%。【结论】适当的UV-B辐射能提高水稻秸秆的饲用特征,UV-B辐射为2.5 kJ/m2时水稻秸秆饲用特征较好。
[Purpose]To investigate the response of rice straw forage characteristics to UV-B radiation.[Methods]In Yuanyang terrace,the local traditional rice variety,Baijiaolaojing,as research material was cultivated in situ.The effects of UV-B radiation(0,2.5,5.0,and 7.5 kJ/m2)on the rice straw growth morphological parameters(plant length,stem diameter and biomass)and the feed chemical quality components(crude fiber,crude fat,coarse ash,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,starch,soluble sugar and non-protein nitrogen)were studied under field condition.Furthermore,quality nutritional value index of straw(total amount of absorbable nutrients of straw TDN,net energy NE1,straw dry matter intake DMI,digestible dry matter DDM and relative feed value RFV).[Results]The length and stem diameter of rice straw increased and biomass decreased with increase in enhanced UV-B radiation treatment densities;with enhanced UV-B radiation treatments,there were no significant differences in crude protein content,crude fiber content,crude fat content,crude ash content and neutral detergent fiber content of rice straw.Non-protein nitrogen content,starch content and soluble sugar content showed a single peak change.The acid detergent fiber content was the lowest at 2.5 kJ/m2 UV-B radiation treatment;the morphology response index,feed quality response index and comprehensive response index were higher with 2.5 and 5.0 kJ/m2 UV-B radiation treatments than those with other treatments;the highest nutritional value index of straw TDN,NE1,DMI,DDM and RFV were the highest with 2.5 kJ/m2 UV-B radiation treatment,which were 46.92 g/kg,5.01 MJ/kg,1.93 g/kg,56.05 g/kg and 83.85%,respectively.[Conclusion]Appropriate UV-B radiation could improve the forage characteristics of rice straw.The straw characteristics of rice straw is better with UV-B radiation is 2.5 kJ/m2.
