摘要
目的:探讨内科护理过程中,用药安全管理的实际应用效果。方法:选取我院2018年3月至8月份内科收治的200例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在此基础之上行护理用药安全管理措施,对比两组患者的护理质量评分、住院时间、医疗纠纷、用药差错以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药差错发生率、医疗纠纷的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将护理用药安全管理引入到内科护理工作中来,能够显著降低用药差错和医疗纠纷,提升患者的护理满意,提升整个医院的声誉,树立良好的医院形象。
Objective: To explore the practical application effect of medication safety management in the process of internal medicine nursing. Methods: 200 patients in our hospital from March to August of 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing measures. The observation group was based on this. On-line care medication safety management measures, comparing the quality of care scores, hospitalization time, medical disputes, medication errors, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results: The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of medication errors and the incidence of medical disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Introducing the safety management of nursing medication into the internal nursing work can significantly reduce medication errors and medical disputes, improve patient care satisfaction, enhance the reputation of the hospital, and establish a good hospital image.
