Effects of functional additives on performance, serum biochemical parameters and immune activity in weaning piglets

摘要 为研究功能性添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响,试验选用初始体重为(7.8±0.6)kg的杜洛克×长白×大白三元健康仔猪240头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复12头猪。以基础饲粮为对照组,试验组饲粮分别补充啤酒酵母菌、碱性蛋白酶和枯草芽孢杆菌,添加量均为200 mg/kg。试验期为24 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加碱性蛋白酶组饲料增重比下降了4.94%(P<0.05),断奶仔猪血清葡萄糖、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和球蛋白含量分别提高了10.43%、17.00%和15.15%(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,饲粮中分别添加碱性蛋白酶、啤酒酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌组断奶仔猪血清谷丙转氨酶活性分别提高47.91%、39.76%、43.54%(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,饲粮中补充枯草芽孢杆菌组断奶仔猪的血清尿素氮水平降低了22.02%(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加蛋白酶对断奶仔猪生长性能的改善程度优于枯草芽孢杆菌和啤酒酵母菌。 This experiment was conduct ed to investigate the effects of three additives on performance,serum biochemical parameters and immune function of weaning piglets.A total of 240 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaning pigs with average body weight of(7.8±0.6)kg were randomly distributed into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 12 pigs per replicate.The control group was fed basal diet.The experimental groups were respectively adding 200 mg/kg Saccharomyces cerevisiae(SC),alkaline protease(AP)and Bacillus subtilis(BS).The experiment lasted for 24 d.The results showed as follows:(1)The feed conversion of alkaline protease group was decreased by 4.94%(P<0.05),and the contents of serum globulin(GLB),glucose(GLU)and IgG in weaning pigs were increased by 15.15%,10.43%,17.00%compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)The activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of three experimental groups were increased by47.91%,39.76%,43.54%compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)The level of serum urea nitrogen(UN)of Bacillus subtilis group was decreased by 22.02%(P<0.05).In summary,the effect of adding AP improved the growth performance of weaned piglets better than BS and SC.
