摘要
纳米替代资源能够有效地提升混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,针对纳米替代资源在水泥基材料中难分散的问题,通过研发的新产品对掺纳米替代资源的水泥基材料进行有效分散,研究了纳米级替代资源材料对新拌砂浆或混凝土流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,纳米二氧化硅颗粒会显著降低砂浆或混凝土的流变性能,而纳米替代资源对砂浆或混凝土的流变性能影响不大,且能够显著增强混凝土的力学性能,15%掺量下28 d的抗压强度可提升17%。纳米替代资源在影响混凝土流变性能的可控前提下,能够显著地增加混凝土的力学性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
The mechanical and durability properties of concrete can be improved effectively by nano-substitute resources(NSR).Aiming at the problem that NSR are difficult to disperse in cement based materials,a new dispersant was used to disperse the cement-based materials doped with NSR.The effects of NSR on the rheological properties of fresh mortar or concrete were investigated.The results show that the rheological properties of mortar or concrete can significantly be reduced by nano-silica while the effect is small by NSR.The compressive strength of concrete can be increased by 17% after 28 days when the dosage of NSR of 15%.The mechanical properties of concrete can significantly be increases by NSR under the premise of controlling the rheological properties of concrete,so NSR has a broad application prospect.
