摘要 织物自润滑衬垫是飞机关节轴承的关键自润滑材料,其摩擦磨损性能直接影响关节轴承的服役可靠性。对2种型号的关节轴承进行故障分析,结合摆动磨损试验研究衬垫裁剪和黏结方向对衬垫性能的影响。结果表明:45°方向裁剪的衬垫摩擦平稳性和耐磨性均优于0°方向裁剪的衬垫,为提高国产织物自润滑衬垫的服役性能提供了试验依据。 The fabric self-lubricating liner is critical self-lubricating material for spherical plain bearings in aerospace plane,and its friction and wear performances affect service reliability of spherical plain bearings directly.The influence of cutting and bonding directions on performances of liner is studied based on fault analysis and oscillating wear test for two types of spherical plain bearings.The results show that the friction stability and wear resistance of liner after cutting at an angle of 45°are superior to those of liner after cutting at an angle of 0°,which provides an experimental basis for improvement of service performance of domestic fabric self-lubricating liner.
