摘要
德兴铜矿采矿场使用的YZ-35型牙轮钻机,其制动效果差,容易造成加压链的损坏和出现安全事故。根据目前这种现状,对其制动效果进行改进,以YZ35D牙轮钻机小车制动为例,利用小车断链保护装置,增强小车制动功能,提高小车制动安全系数,减少加压链的损耗。
The YZ-35 drill used in Dexing Copper Mine has poor braking effect,which is easy to cause damage to pressure chain and safety accidents.According to the present situation,the braking effect is improved.Taking the trolley braking of YZ35D drill as an example,the braking function of trolley is enhanced by using chain breaking protection device on trolley,the safety factor of trolley braking is improved,and the loss of pressure chain is reduced.
