摘要
食品安全是公众密切关注的问题,食品安全不仅事关消费者的身体健康,更关乎食品市场健康长远的发展。基于此,本文对影响食品安全的因素进行了简要分析,阐述了各类型影响因素对食品安全造成的不良影响,并论述了提升食品安全性的策略,希望为相关工作人员提供参考。
Food safety has been closely concerned by the public.Food safety is not only related to the health of consumers,but also to the healthy and long-term development of the food market.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the factors that affect food safety,expounds the adverse effects of various types of influencing factors on food safety,and discusses the strategies to improve food safety,hoping to provide reference for relevant staff.
