摘要
随着医疗保险的普及,住院患者中医保患者的比例越来越高。目前,医院的业务信息系统功能相对完善,但在与医保信息系统的融合性方面还存在一定问题,涉及医保报销的业务在方便、快捷方面与患者的需求还存在一定的差距。某院采用“一站式”服务的理念,深度融合业务系统和医保信息系统,在医保自助登记和结算方面进行了创新性的探索,减少了工作人员,提高了服务效率,缩短了患者等候的时间。该文分享了具体做法。
