摘要
目的通过统计骨科Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物使用情况,分析围术期预防用药的动态变化,旨在对临床药师干预合理用药进行效果评估。方法统计2017年1月—2018年12月骨科Ⅰ类切口病历160例,分别对手术类型、药物品种、术前用药时机、术后用药疗程进行统计,评价药师干预临床用药的效果。结果通过药师干预围术期用药,干预后抗菌药物品种选择更加合理,术前给药时机合理率分别为86.59%和98.72%,术后用药疗程合理率分别为4.88%和52.56%。结论经过临床药师积极干预围手术期用药,明显降低了抗菌药物的使用率,提高了围术期用药合理率,规范了该院骨科Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物的应用。
Objective To analyze the dynamic changes of perioperative preventive medications by statistical analysis of the use of antibiotics in the perioperative period of orthopaedic type I incision,aiming at the evaluation of the rational use of drugs by clinical pharmacists.Methods A total of 160 cases of orthopaedic type I incision were collected from January 2017 to December 2018.The types of surgery,drug types,preoperative medication timing,and postoperative medication were counted to evaluate the effect of pharmacists intervention in clinical medication.Results Through the intervention of pharmacists in the perioperative period,the selection of antibiotics after intervention was more reasonable.The reasonable timing of preoperative administration was 86.59%and 98.72%,respectively,and the reasonable rates of postoperative medication were 4.88%and 52.56%,respectively.Conclusion After clinical intervention by the clinical pharmacists,the use of antibiotics was significantly reduced,the rational rate of perioperative medication was improved,and the application of antibiotics for orthopedic incision in the department was standardized.
