摘要
发动机地面检查时,发现与发动机连接的引气管一处出现裂缝。利用体视显微镜、扫描电镜等设备,对引气管开裂部位进行宏观检查、断口形貌分析,使用ANSYS分析软件对引气管静力状态及模态进行模拟,分析引气管的工作状态,确定开裂的性质和失效机理。结果表明:引气管工作时,支耳处焊缝位置受到异常外力或因应力集中导致裂纹产生,在振动工况下使得裂纹扩展,最终导致开裂。
When the engine was inspected on the ground,a crack was found in the intake pipe connected to the engine.In order to determine the cracking mode and mechanism,macro and micro examination on the cracking site was carried out,and ANSYS software was used to simulate the static state and mode so as to analyze the working state of the pipe.The results show that the weld position at the branch ear cracked due to abnormal external force or stress concentration,and the crack propagated under vibration conditions.
