摘要
针对CATIA软件数控编程时的程序后置处理实际加工时间计算问题,提出了基于典型机床开发时间计算的方法。首先,分析了机床的加减速原理,而后论述了运动路线处理和软件开发等关键技术,利用VB.net语言开发了后置处理器的时间计算模块,最后通过实例证明了该方法的有效性,为计算其他机床的切削时间提供了借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problem of calculation on accurate machining time during the period of postprocessing in programming in CATIA software,the method of machining time of typical machine tool was put forwarded.Firstly,the principal of add and moderate controlling was analyzed.Then,the key technology of move routes and software development were studied with VB.net.Finally,the validity of the method was validated by the Case study.The proposed method would provide some reference for the calculation of machining time in other machine tool.
