摘要
讨论和分析翻转课堂教学模式在国内教学中存在的问题,其优点是学生和教师教学相长,都能在国家战略发展目标框架下得到发展,缺点是教学效果并不尽如人意。根据国内教学要求,以作者学校《机械原理》课程教学为例,提出了在教学中通过实验弥补和竞赛驱动,形成理论教学和工程实践相结合的翻转课堂教学模式,该模式适合所有工学课程中理论和实验紧密配合的课程教学。文章的翻转课堂教学方法在实践中获得很好的效果,该方法有助于提高创新型人才的培养质量。
The problems of flipped classroom are discussed and analyzed this paper in the teaching in China.The advantages are that both students and teachers are good at teaching and can be developed under the framework of the national strategic development goals.The disadvantages are that the teaching effect is not satisfactory.According to the domestic teaching requirement,taking the teaching of"Mechanical Principles"as an example,a teaching model of flipped classroom is put forward,which combines theory teaching with engineering practice through experiment compensation and competition driving,in this paper.This specific teaching method in the flipped classroom has achieved good results in practice;this method is conducive to improving the quality of innovative talent training.
