摘要
分层教育教学法本着教育要面向全体学生、关注个体成长的理念,在承认差异、认识差异的前提下,开展方法有差别、目标有层次的教学活动,促进学生群体发展和个人全面发展,体现了“以学生为本”的指导理念。文章将分层教育教学理念应用于《临床医学导论》课程教学中,创新教学方法,取得较好的效果,学生成绩显著提升,以学习兴趣为首的学风状态明显改善,为培养合格医学生打下了坚实的基础。
Layered education teaching method is based on the concept that education should face all students and pay attention to individual growth.Under the premise of recognizing differ-ences and understanding differences,the teaching activities with different methods and objectives are carried out.The education goal of promoting the development of student groups and the ov-erall development of individuals embodies the"student-oriented"thinking.The article applies the teaching concept of layered education to the teaching of Introduction to Clinical Medicine,innova-ting teaching methods,achieving good results and significantly promoting students'grades.The academic style primarily led by learning interest has greatly improved,laying a solid foundation for the development of qualified medical students.
