摘要
为研究车身结构对车辆侧碰安全性的影响,提取车身侧面结构作为研究对象,应用拉丁超立方试验设计方法对某款汽车设计了110组侧碰仿真试验,提取了关键位置的车身响应及假人伤害值,建立了车身响应与假人伤害的多元线性回归模型及逐步回归模型,并利用逐步回归模型的等效关系式获得不同位置的车身响应对假人伤害的贡献率,据此对车身侧面结构件进行优化设计。通过试验验证可知,优化后的试验样车满足法规要求,为其他车身侧面结构设计提供参考。
In order to study the influence of vehicle body structure on the side impact safety,taking the side structure of the body as the research object,110 sets of side-impact simulation tests for a certain vehicle were designed using Latin hypercube experimental design method.The body response and dummy injury values at key locations were extracted.The multiple linear regression model and stepwise regression model of the body response and dummy injury were developed.The contribution rate of the body response to the dummy injury at different positions was obtained through the equivalent relation of the stepwise regression model,and the side structural parts of the body were optimally designed.The test verification shows that the optimized test prototype meets the requirements of laws and regulations,providing reference for future body side structure design.
