摘要
松材线虫病是松树的一种毁灭性病害,该病由松材线虫引起,目前国内外尚无很好的根除方法,加强病害的早期诊断和检测技术尤为重要。文章首次以辽宁省大连市黑松枯死的7个典型地区作为样地进行取样调查,经形态观察和分子生物学方法对病原线虫进行综合鉴定,结果表明,494个黑松样本松材线虫侵染率平均为16.0%。
Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,which is caused by pine wood nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus),is a destructive quarantine disease for Pinus spp.At present,there is no optimal eradication method at home and abroad,so it is very important to strengthen the early diagnosis and detection technology of disease.In this paper,the occurrence of death of Pinus thunbergii in the samples of Pinus thunbergii in seven typical areas of Dalian City of Liaoning Province was investigated.Nematodes isolated from dead Pinus thunbergii were also identified by microscopic observation and molecular sequencing.Results shows that:An average of 16.0%Bursaphelenchus xylophilus infestation was found in 494 Pinus thunbergii samples.
