摘要
为了有效地充实文川溪数字流域基础数据以及满足文川溪智慧水利建设的需求,通过无人机航测前精度的选取、无人机航测中飞行方案的设计、无人机航测中控制点测量的设计等,利用无人机航测在文川溪流域快速、准确、高效的生成河道及两岸一定范围内三维模型和正射影像图、数字线划图等成果,可以实现实时更新数字流域基础地理数据,为文川溪数字流域和智慧水利建立和研究积累了基础资料。
In order to enrich the basic data of digital basin in Wenchuanxi effectively and to meet the requirements of intelligent water conservancy construction in Wenchuanxi,the aerial survey by UAV is used to generate three-dimensional model,Orthophoto image map and digital line map of Wenchuanxi basin quickly,accurately and efficiently via precision selection,flight design and measuring point arrangement.It has been proved that this method could real-time update basic geographic data of digital basin,offering a solid foundation for the development of digital basin in Wenchuanxi as well as intelligent water conservancy.
